Non-voice work, like social posts and campaign drafts, is metered separately as disclosed in your plan.

What is a voice minute?

A voice minute is a minute of phone conversation handled by your AI receptionist. Voice calls use the voice minutes included in your plan. Non-voice work, like social posts or campaign drafts, is metered separately as disclosed in your plan.

How many voice minutes come with each plan?

AI Receptionist includes 100 voice minutes a month, AI Team Starter 250, Fractional AI COO 500 and Growth AI COO 1,000. Storefront does not include AI roles or voice minutes.

How does the free trial work?

The AI Receptionist plan has a 14-day free trial that includes 50 receptionist minutes, half of the 100 minutes on the paid plan. A card is required, the first charge is on day 15, and you can cancel anytime.

What does "founding rate locked for life" mean?

Founding pricing is capped at the first 50 clients, and they lock that rate for life. Founding pricing ends December 31, 2026.

Is there a minimum term?

AI Receptionist has no minimum. AI Team Starter and Fractional AI COO have a 3-month minimum, and Growth AI COO has a 6-month minimum, all billed monthly.
